seen a number of people with same problem and as said before maybe net id changed,people need to get the net id from the vm box.

same here m8. im sure iv got the id but not sure weather its right one. how do i find the correct one. im using n.. l im in west yorks. any help will be appriciated,

How can you get the correct net I'D from a Virmin box if you've never had one :-)

well in u don't subscribe to tv package just maybe that's ur prob solved, I do and mines runnin sweet.

hi guys, my box works fine except from sports 1 3 and f1, these 3 channels either come up as no or bad signal or are not watchable with the glitching being that bad. all my other channels work fine. i am eith the correct net id as have checked with my vermin box, no splitters in, and have noticed i get signal strengh at 88 and quality at 82 however on those 3 channels i have mentioned above the signal is still at 88 but quality is at 25 or worse, how is this. Sometimes when i do a rescan those channels dont even scan in, seems strange when rest work fine. i am on the m+ package with vermin. any help appreciated guys thanks

what firmware are on boxes,did you try a factory reset/rescan from main cable feed and when finished rebooting box modem and network.

yeah mate i have done all the s/w updates every time, including the latest 2 we have had, direct feed i am scanning with and same results show, either they come up and have no or bad signal or have terrible glitching, that or sometimes they dont even come up on the scan. like i say its just sports 1 3 and f1, all the rest are bang on. strange 1

yeh mate checked for faults and none, i also checked net id on vermin box and it was the same as i was scanning. beleive it or not though............ scan done 2night and happy days its all good again, strange like, i didnt do anything different from what i normally do but hey , cheers 4 help and advice though cheers
