Hi guys new to this but here goes. Had my kryptview a780 for two years now with little trouble , but the last couple of days when I put any channel on its like there is three channels merged into one . Tried rescanning the box but the area I usually scan on I am not gettin all the channels that I used to ,and the ones I do get are as above please could someone help . I just wondering if my six year old son coul have done something on the menu, any suggestions appreciated

sounds like you are scanning on the wrong net id check a sub box for your correct net id as virmin have changed a lot of them

he means if you've got a vm receiver check that or a neighbours

Hi checked on my vm receiver an network id comes up as a number how do i put this into my box, please help basic tv is sh##

Can somone help with my net id as the one i usually scan dosent scan no more i live in the north west (wigan) ne ideas on which id i should scan please

scroll down the list of network suppliers till you come to the one with same 4 digit number as your subbed box

Where do i find the 4 digit number foun the net id on the vm box but thats a five digit

when you look for a net id to scan on sroll down the list until you come to the net id that has the same 5 digit number as your sub box scan on that net id

Factory reset this may have to be done more than once until the number from the VM sub box shows.
Possibly one of these.

Scan on Telewest on Network (not on ALL
Latest firmware Menu-System Info -Date.?

Re scanned on the same net I'd as the vm box still the same result half the channels missing and what channels there are just cracklin. Ne other ideas please, normal channels are working fine
