Hi guys havin trouble with my kryptview a780 tried rescanning on the net id which is on my vm box,but still getting little or no channels and the channels i do get are crackling and pixelated any help please, its been doing this for the last few days, doing my head in now thanks

what's the signal quality say on the kryptview, and is the picture ok on the subbed vm box -
The signal quality is 75 and all the channels are working fine on the vm boxComment

75 is to low for the kryptview to work well, check your cable and splittersComment

as said 75 is to low for a kryptview, that is the problem
if the vm subbed box is connected ie like in another room, disconnect it and see if it improves the kv pic, if it does you could contact vm and tell them your having problems with there box and they might up your signal level for you

Tried everything now and still no joy gonna have to contact vm I think . Any ideas wat I should say to themComment
