hi there seem to have a problem with my kv box
the clock only shows ---- no time
when switched on all channel no appear but all channels scambeld even itv bbc
gone into settings but dont seem to be able to adjust the time
also the date is set at jan 1st
the box as the latest update 11/11/12
im in the wigan area

did you check for a vm breakdown as 1-5 should work.

yes he has ASEK

try unplugging it for a few minutes, failing that, re flash it with the latest firmware from the downloads and update via remote again

its not a new box
have tried unplugging for 1 hour
this happened 3 days ago
if i reset to factory settings will i have to
reflash the box

like ASEK says, has your live feed been cut off by virmin, who's your bb with, have you got any vm sub

reset to default settings and retune
