Hi Guys,

I got my KV A780.. I have done an update couple of days ago. now I am trying to scan but its saying ID already exist.... i tried more then 50 times. any help please..will be much appreciated

check your cable feed to box,once your happy that feed is okay,follow these simple steps...
press menu
okay on instalation
enter pin 0000
okay on factory default
you will now get easy instalation screen
press menu
okay on instalation
okay on automatic search
enter pin 0000
okay on automatic search
set cable network to telewest
press green button to start scan
it will now generate a list of area's
press okay on area closest to you
wait for scan to finish then press exit to save
