hi just bought one of these boxs been told the software has already been put on the box click on scan then ntl and its just not scanning any channels it stays on 291.00 mhz and dosent ever change ive left it for 17 minutes and still nothing changed help please ?

scan on excw if you used ntl before

Scanned every one of them none bring up any thing was on ntl c@w transponder to scan 10 min nothing

what firmware is on box and where is your cable feed?

It came yesterday my 750 is good ok I tried it straight through the main feed into my home it had 1.6 or something like that tried that for hours trying all 4 ntl and the rest ntl tried scanning 8of8 nothing says finished nothing box is Grey tw 11of11 grey nothing cw 1 of 1 nothing courus nothing I then turned to upgrade. After a lot of pressing upgrade exit many times it started it now says 1.7 but still the same I have tried Ethernet from router straight in cable feed could the box be faulty or bad flashed I got no software from a web site do I need to try a reflash but I cannot he gave me nothing but box remote ???? Help plz

Hello forum, I hope Im posting in the right place, Im new to all this***8230; I have a Phoenix A850 but recently its all scrambled, I have rescanned etc but no joy. I have tried to update through the internet but I have read the super hub won't allow it. Ive also tried to contact my box supplier but no joy any advice would be welcomed with open arms.
The software version is 1.01.07 dated from Nov 2012

Please help I don't know what else to do.

you need to download the latest file from the download section unzip it put it onto a usb stick then flash your box with it

I have just updated my 850 using the latest sodtware from this site but when I scan for the channels they are all still locked ??? Am i doing something wrong?

what is the firmware your box has now,and do you have a lan connected and does box and modem/router need a reboot as in off at rear for 30 secs then on?

did you factory reset/default box 0000 to delete ,and then rescan from main feed when finished plug in lan and reboot all lan units
