The ITV channels are often transmitted as regional. If they are encrypted then the different regions usually have different ecm's which lead to different decryption codewords. Unfortunately, whoever designed the KV system didn't take this quirk into account and assumed that ITVx+1 would be the same everywhere. Generally with the KV, the same kind of problem will occur on any regional encryted channel. To fix the problem they would require to modify their protocol somewhat but that could potentially lead to abuse. Simplest method is to simply ignore these channels as far as cardshare is concerned.
