I loaded the lastest firmware now the box is stuck on standby - any ideas?

rite turn ya box off.... then load the loader and bin file on ya comp.... make sure com port is set right.... then press start THEN turn ya box bak on

reflash it switch box off, load the firmware in the loader, press send then switch on dont disconnect until box reboots after flashing.

Reloaded alright but box gone back to standby!
Im oading firmware file 190309 - is this correct?
