Kryptview a850 firmware

Hi was wondering if anybody could help me, got my phoenix HD a850 today and its got software version 1.000c on it so obviously need to update this cant do a software upgrade via the box so would be greatfull if anybody could send me the latest software, have got in touch with seller but don't think they operate on weekends
