    Help with A750 set up

Hi all, Just joined the site and need help setting up my A750.

I have a desk top and the RS 232 cable but need to know where and how to download the magic firmware etc to get it all flashed, if that's what you call it

    Hope you can help.
    Cheers now

you will need to download the kryptview file
    Digital Kaos - Downloads - Kryptview A750 + A700 19/03/09
youn will need the kryptview loader

you will need winrar in order to extract the files if you aint gor winrar on pc google search and you will find it for free

Thanks Wilf, I've managed to download the firmware and have flashed the box. It picks up several channels, but prob only around a hundred. Is it supposed to pick up everything on VM? Also some channels are still saying scrambled? Do i need to do something else or am i doing something wrong?

      Cheers now

have you any splitters on the cable feed if so take them out and then do rescan. if not flash the box again with the 13/3/09 firmware also in downloads ive had trouble on my bro's box with the 19/3/09

Hey i updated mine with 19/3/09 and Sky Sports and movies are giving me 'waiting for code update' message
Are these on nagra 3 already or is the 19/3/09 update not the best one to use?

i have A700 that has never dropped a channel since day 1 and is currently running on the 19/3/03 no probs but also have a A750 which lost a few channels eg: ppv, euro sport 1 and sky sports 1 on the 19/3/09 have flashed with the 13/3/09 and for a week now has not dropped anything so i would give that a try. (you could also make sure powerscan is on then leave on standby when not in use this can usually pick any loose channels up but it didnt for my A750)

What a good idea cactikid, maybe thats what everyone should do enter their uk/ireland staus in their profile even if they dont want to put town or city, it would stop a lot of the posts asking where they are.

                changed mine anyway.

are you sure you have the 750 and iconnect? as that is an old
box, still works,go to system info the firmware is the date and dont mix up the 750 and 780 different boxes different files.
