Have 2 Kryptview box

Please can anyone help?

I have 2 boxes both same make and with recent s/w updates.

The problem is 1 box is working fine getting all channels the other box is braking up and jumping and getting very little channels.

Can any1 please advice what to do.

scan the faulty 1 from the main feed "no splitter" and see how that goes.
