glitching on 1 a780 box but not on another a70 using same connection .. Attenuator ?

hi there.
the kv thats glitching isnt a kv model a790t is it..
the attenuator is mainly for the 850hd..
if one of you boxes is working perfect and if you dissconnect is and connect the other and thats glitching if your signal was low or high they would both be glitching..
if i was you and you have a rs232 cable i would do a box to box transfer of s/w and channel data.
if you still have problems after that then you have a faulty box

what firmware is on the kv box is it 11112012,maybe all it needs is a factory reset and rescan and correct net id chosen.

press menu-system info-??? date is the firmware.

guppyabby as i said many times before firmware is a date,if its not current box needs updating. look again i think you over looked it .

sorry m8 do apolozise, it says 11/11/2012. kv a750. pv4.1.05. v2.0.0. and i do have kv750 with icon.
