Some channels missing

Morning all,
I have an 780 with 11/11/12 software and in Teeside. When I've rescanned I've got most of the channels in but for some reason SP1 & SP3 are missing and only HD movies channels are there the normal SD ones are also missing.
Do i need to add a TP to bring these channels in and has anyone in the Teeside are got the settings I need.

Factory reset,rescan from an unsplit feed with no ethernet cable on your network id when done switch the lot off box,modem,router reconnect your ethernet cable and switch if this dont sort it dont worry it will be back soon....................

kv have problems at the moment with glitching so hold off messing with box for the moment.

missing channels

I'd already had a look though the previous posts and have tried what you've suggested without success. If i got a channel list from a working machine in my area would that solve it ?

a factory reset/rescan will bring up new list

ok in hpool net 10 teesside try factory reset scan net and do a rescan after that should be ok after that sometimes need to double scan to get channels in 1 scan tp about 8 2 scan strait after that should do it tp 55

Missing channels

Ok, tried the factory reset and scans a few times. I eventually got one of my mates to bring his box round and plug it in. I'm getting no movie channels through that box either.
In reverse, I had him take my box to his place and scan it in. Connected there it received a full channel list and decoded them all.
It looks like I'm not getting 'all' of the signal being sent(or something like that). I don't currently have an active V/m account any ideas on how to resolve that? or should I just give up and buy a blade box...

sounds like a cable fault check all cables iff getting some should get all whot is your s/q
