intermittent signal

Hi guys and girls, I have a problem with HD A850 in that it's connected with an HDMI cable but that in itself keeps cutting in and out every 10-15 seconds or so. I tried putting the resolution down to 720p as opposed to the 1080i that it was on but it's not helped any?!

Can anyone give a newbie some advice on how to fix the problem.

hi, do you mean the picture is glitching , and screen goes black and has the message scrabbled or no signal?

No, it's hard to explain, it will show the picture then after 10-15 seconds screen goes black with no warning and no message on the screen?

what firmware is on the box ,check menu-system info ???
have you checked if vm have issues in your area
