re glitching

new boxes come with new problems and with all the upgrading been done adds a new twist,the old boxes ran on a cable feed on which you scanned job done.
new boxes now have a lan cable and now have to be scanned with correct net id to obtain correct channels.

reading back it seems you have the super hub and you connected another modem when you said a vm [ post5 ] that maybe your problem,we said connect a router from your super hub and plug in kv into that.
if you have a 850 box you also need a variable attenuator as said here.have another read again here.

ive read every post on the matter and tried every suggestion the set up is a hub with a cable feed and a ethernet lead out to the box simple ,so how the hell can it be the set up .my laptops wireless and its working ok.perhaps you no of a differant way to set it up please tell me.the signal to the box is 88 the quality is 79.that seems ok to me so the problem is the box.im no novice at this ive been using these type of boxes for years way back to old fta101.

ok this is what i have done just in case you were right i put the starview box back on gone to a channel thats working ie sky news which on the krptview is glitching and saying no signal every 3/4 minutes on the starview box no glitching no freezing perfect pictures no problems at all so its not my set up as i have told you its the box and theres nobody to contact about it ie the krptview team .if you no how to contact them please let me no.

its been glitching for me for awhile now. got a750 with iconn. s 82 q. 79. done every thing but still no joy.

the starview works exactly the same no problems connects to the superhub i still say there is a problem with this box [a780] however i will try your above suggestion.

im in manchester there are 4 net ids ive tried them all no joy the a780 is not a new box why wont you have that theres a problem with it or the firmware.

I had no problems for nearly two years but now it's a pain, endless glitching 850 is even worse. Just so happens I am using Manchester and have tried them all.

amuse me a little try a factory reset and rescan from direct feed on different providers and see what happens please and see what net ids come up.

i used a super hub had terrible glitching i set it to modem mode connected net gear router and glitching is virtualy gone

Tried all the Manchester ones,

The vermin super hub is the cause of many problems and it would be no surprise to find its the culprit here.

I have netgear router and everything connected to that however still have the vermin super hub as a router (not dedicated modem) because I need it for CCTV.

However I will do an experiment tomorrow.

The super hub is a super pile of sh*t. Mine reset itself back to default after a vermin update. !!!!

so your box now works ok,so not everyones box is crap then.

what if manchester is not your netid? have you tried others,i have even heard the 850 box and provider may not match and to try another provider.

Mine not working, and I have made no suggestion all boxes are crap, the problem is either area related or a vermin super hub problem.

My net I'd was taking from my vermin HD box installed last month, provider used to be ex c&w
