    A750 ic box problem....HELP PLEASE!

    Hi Chaps,

Ive got a A780 and an A750 with the ic connector. A780 working fine (odd glitch) but the A750 whilst running fine just decided to stop working. Ive re-flashed it and done an S/W update but when it tries it wont connect. Usually I have 4 green lights on the ic box, but now only 3 are lit. The RUN light remains off!
Whats it for and how can I fix it? Am I doing something wrong? Im fairly new to this so any help please. Thanx in Advance
    The Viking

is your firmware up to date,as posted in the downloads above, may need a s/w online update but update has been offline for a few days now.
have you tried powering off all network devices for a min then on.

Hi yes tried powering off and software is the latest I think. What is the most up to date one? Does that mean the A780 isnt updating too?

Hi Cactikid.....My A780 is still ok no problems. The 750 still U/S. I did have the 4th light flicker into life earlier then go off again. Is it the IC Box thats faulty maybe??

not sure,is it on the last firmware,if not possibly cant lock on,
these boxes wont be supported anymore,so when the box goes down it wont be coming out and no idea how long left.
think they have been running for 5 yrs now with old technology.
