krypyview a780 problems

i factory reset kv780 ,scanned for channels and it seems i have all them but they are scrambled ? only allows me to watch 12345 .is there a hidden menu or something similar .help grately needed thanks

Hi i have flashed box down loaded ok but now can olnly get the on light on the box cant get into menu help pls

no wonder it dont work look at the date,current date is 1111202 in downloads above and make sure it says 780,factory reset rescan as per the rules.

thanks a bit new to this cant find the file you are on about. also cant do a reset box light stuck on (ON)

I remember a similar thing happening to me.
If trying every button on remote doesn't work or turning the box on and off a few times with switch at the back without the box connected to the signal line in white cable.
What I did was turn the kV box off with the switch at the back connect the box to PC/laptop press start on the flashing program and turn the box back on with switch at back.. the flashing should then carry on as normal.
