Kryptview a850 hd output help

various video aspect ratio with 4:3, pan&scan, full screen and 16:9 support,can you remove the hdmi and try a scart to see what happens and what model is the lg.

Ive tried all the aspect ratios and just tried again still no joy.

I also tried it on scart and it seems to be fine on that i can run in on 1080 (considering the fact you cant get HD from a scart lead, but it still works on that option) therefore its just the hd connection going out of the box.

My TV is an lg 47lx6900.

have you tried another hd box,laptop etc on that cable to also check the tv port,or can you try on another tv

..1/1 or 8/8 is dire ie wrong network/net id.. Is all I get the guy sent it flashed by him in his area virgin teesside manual shows nothing for my area says I could add t p I know it's 6887 does any one have any idea what I need to do thanks

Sorry for the late reply. I've had no luck with any of the suggestions so I'm just having to run the box on 526i

Sounds like a faulty box to me. Have you tried to send it back for a replacement?

you will need to factory reset 0000 to delete,have your main feed coaxial going into the top of box,have you tried all the providers as only the correct provider will give you net ids,i would suggest to try others to scan .
