    Audio problems

    Hi There.

I bought a kryptview a780. I've installed the software, checked for updates and finally scanned. Now the video is showing up fine. However every single channel, the audio is scrambled. Any ideas on how to fix this?

    cheers

no thats recent, try a factory reset and rescan from direct feed with lan cable removed, insert lan when finished and reboot network if needed.

Check you scart lead is pushed right in as they work loose m8 when box is moved.Even better if you have a component lead use that ...................

That's odd. What do you mean by the audio being scrambled? Can you make out any of the audio or is it completely unintelligible?

Have you tried the other scart connector on the box or the composite phono outputs?

Also, have you tried a different scart input on your TV?

Hi all. Thanks for the replies. I ahve tried all the suggestions, from scanning direct from lan to trying component leads, and still no luck. When i say the sound is scrambled it is literally unintelligible, and is the case for every channel. I have now reflashed but the problem still remains. Am I right in thinking I may have received a faulty box?

It's beginning to look like a faulty box. Perhaps it's a problem with the audio DAC?
