Hi guys been havin trouble for a couple of months now ever since vm swapped the net id over in my area. i live in the wigan area nd evrytime i scan my box on the net id thats on my vm box it dosent pick all the channels up and the ones it does are unwatchable .so is there ne one from the wigan area havin the same problem or is there ne one from my area who could tell me what net id they are scannin on please. also when i rescan alot of the channels are coming up as tv100,tv101 etc. any help would be appreciated as i had no problems with my kryptview up till a few months ago

Iam in Platt Bridge mate and I've scanned Knowsley 1 net id.

Tried knosley 1 mate still same result get most of channels but all except fta are unwatchable

did you factory reset box first,what firmware is on your box does it need a s/w online update,?are you scanning from main coaxial feed ?

Yes tried everythin cactikid got the latest firmware on and scanning from the main feed ne other ideas
