kryptview newbie

Hi all,
i have got a kryptview box coming today and i just wanted to check what software i need
i've downloaded the files from page 1 on the set up sticky guide.
I wanted to make sure that these 2 files are the latest ones

Kryptview A780 Nov 2012 (443.7 KB) Arnet Kryptview Loader (70.2 KB)

Are these the only 2 files i need ?
Any help will be much appreciated

Box arrived i thought i had the right cable to connect to my laptop but i didnt
sent the boyfriend to maplin but they gave him wrong cable
just sent him back out again hopefully with the right cable this time
if not where can i get one ????

HELP PLEASE

Right so i got my cable then ran the loader
clicked download and it keeps saying " download not requested"
i have tried the cable in all 3 usb ports
what can i do to get this god dam thing to work

Switch the box off at rear then hit download then switch on the box to flash it..................

i thought you dont connect the power when you first set up ??
or does power have to be on to put the firmware in the box
sorry to be a pain im a newbie

im using a rs232 to usb cable if this helps

It can only be your timing ave another go which com port have you secected..................

may sound a stupid question but should all this be connected up to my tv first with lan cable in

No lan connect to tv yes so you can see whats happening have you checked in device manager to see what port its using as it may not b 4.....................

It all makes sense now you told me your blonde only joking.you have installed the S/W that came with your lead from maplins and are you using win xp,vista,7,or 8....................

just keeps saying download not requested ive tried in all 3 com ports and its not having any of it
