Hi same problem here, the A750 + inconnector having glitching issues. FTA channels are working fine but all other channels keep freezing/glitching.

Hope there is a update to get this sorted soon..

OK guys need some help - hope someone can assist.

I have two KV boxes running, the a850 HD in the front room (which is working fine and running of the main feed)

And I have the A750 + iconnector. The A750 feed is split between the superhub and the box. This seems to be the reason the channels are distorting/glitching (as i've tried swapping the boxes over with the same result).

Is there any sort of signal booster that could sort the glitching out, the FTA channels seem to be fine its just the pay channels which are causing issues.

        Pls help

        thanks!

what level and quality is on the 750,and you are on the latest firmware on the 750?from the main feed are you using faulty splitters on the 750 and are you on the main feed to split to 3 ways ,
          main feed

this has been posted before so worth a try as he has the 780 and the hub.

Ok since I last posted I decided to switch my not so super hub into
modem mode(WiFi off) and connected to the hub a netgear dual band
wireless N router brought off eBay for 35quid.
Then connected my kV 780 to the new router. After using this method for
over a week I have seen a vast improvement I rarely get a scrambled
message with loss of picture. And channels that were previously terrible
are watchable again as at worst the picture will freeze every 5mins or
so for 2secs with the sound continuing then picture resumes.
I know this may not work for every but if ur still struggling with bad
reliability buying a decent 300m wireless N router for 20quid and using
                this method I highly recommend.
At worst if this method doesn't improve ur viewing you'll have better
WiFi range as in my case and many others the super hubs wireless signal
                was poor. .

                  Thanks for that cactikid.

I have tried that and also tried connecting the superhub straight to the KV A750. Still no joy. Let me just give you a biref discription.

In 1 room I have the KV A850 HD running fine with no probs (the feed is coming from outside the house using a splitter)

In the 2nd room I have feed (which is also connected to the same splitter outside) and the feed is split again in the 2nd room - 1 line going to the superhub and the 2nd line going to the KV A750. The A750 glitches/freezes on 98% of the paid channels, however FTA is fine.

I have tried the suggestion of switching superhub to modem mode and connecting another wireless hub. Still have no joy.

The a750 with i connector is on s/w date 28/02/2013
The signal levels are between 82-88. The Quality levels occassional drop to 0. sometime 58 and sometimes 72.

I hope someone can help. It would be very much appreciated

PS. I've rebooted network the main channels which are not working are sky movies and sky sports 1...Any suggestions

are you just on a bb package?once you split a signal it gets lowered and you are splitting it again possibly too low at 58,how good is your cabling,i presume you have checked for faulty splitters.how do you know if you are on correct net id?
