Kryptview glitching

Is the glitching ever going to end !!
I've tried everything that everyone suggested on here
It's driving me mental every 10 to 15 seconds
Only channels that don't do it are the free ones

how is your lan wired and i presume you are on vm bb?

Superhub to box yes with VM
Tried it through net gear it's exactly the same

I don't think there is anything you can do at your end. I am having the same problems. Trying to watch GOLD right now & it's just unwatchable. Glitching every few seconds, then getting "scrambled" message, then back on for a few seconds etc. etc.

The problem must be at their end, not ours. I don't have VM internet & I'm wired directly to the router (no wireless). It wasn't this bad a few weeks ago, so I don't think there is anyting I can do to cure it.

While replying, the box glitched, went to "scrambled", & has now come back on with no sound!

i"m in edinburgh to and glitching has been going on for weeks, hope kryptview lads get fix soon.....

seems to be not too bad now and most channels back 2 wd kv team
