Stand by mode

i have the A780 box and the box turned itself off and now there is only the green standby light on and i can not get the box to view on the tv

Can any one tell me what to do please.

Have you tried reflashing it again?

I will try it and see how I go, the only thing that the box does is the green light is on and nothing else will happen,,,,,,, I will try 2 flash it again

Tried 2 re flash and still nothing at all, all that there is still on is a green light on the right hand side of the lcd display, no numbers will show or anything at all. Can't understand why nothing is showing the box is only 1 month old.

2 options unplug box check ribbons are securely in place on boards as its known they come loose in transit,failing that contact supplier.

out of curiosity when you flashed the box,did it reboot before you removed the cables.

From what I can remember I removed the cables first, then re booted
