Losing channels by the minute

always factory default first then power off at rear for a min then on and rescan from main coaxial feed without attenuator,have net ids moved again? so many things to consider now.
if they moved on providers end kv will have to follow suit.

Yeah I understand that, I was referring to your comment about one of the transponders being found on Ex C&W. I can't do a full scan on my normal ex-provider and then do an additional scan on Ex C&W to add any channels found on there... as once a scan has been done on the 850.. that's it. There is no re-scanning without factory default, it just hangs (yet another bug with the firmware that hasn't been updated in months).

Anyway, to try it out I backed up all my channels on a USB stick and went for it.

ESPN HD is now back, I'm thinking that must have been an issue with the provider. It's working fine.

All other channels listed, and probably a good few more that I haven't noticed or don't care about, are still "Scrambled".

I don't have any channels with "bad or no signal" so that would lead me to believe that the channel frequency/transponder is exactly as it should be, as if the channel wasn't on that frequency I wouldn't have a signal to be scrambed.

The only conclusion I can come to is that the issue lies with KV, their server or their keys.

possible channels are on new tps and overlooked when you scan on normal provider,other provider has that tp and it gets picked up,maybe a new firmware will get it right but if released today and channels move again another will be needed.
the c/w was for a post for the 780 with lost channels ,getting old and lost again .

Just checked following the post that said Sky News was back and all the channels I mentioned are now working again.
