Can anyone help turned box on this afternoon and setup page came on and wouldnt go off i then tried to reload my channels but it wouldnt find any of them and kept going back to settings page so i have now re downloaded the software and now all i am getting is ON in the display and cant access anything else Thanks

Cant access the menue frozen with ON on the display

i think you used old firmware,reflash with 11112012 for the 780 if thats what you have. and make sure box reboots first then try rescanning
