kryptview dead ? pls help

Hi Guys,

I've reflashed the box ..factory reset..rescanned with network cable out/in ..but i get no channels ..
the netid list does not appear just goes straight to scan ..reflashed again ..unplugged for 30 mins ..nothing works ! ..done this routine about 4 times

btw cable is definatley plugged in both ends ...!

PLEASE HELP ..or should I chuck in the bin ?

Which model of Kryptview have you got?

Which version of firmware did you flash it with?

you had trouble last week with sky sports gone, did u ever get correct netid? because u never replied

Hi Asek, yeah sorry thought I'd had replied, never sorted that either, been trying to get it back but lost everything in the meantime ..can't seem to get Netid list to appear and now box stuck in a scan loop i.e no channels at all.. tried all the obvious ..reflash ..factory reset ..rescan all variations i can think of.

do u have correct area netid from a subbed box or do u know for certain what it is?

when i bought the box I was told to use Manchester3 ...which i have done ..I've found that Manchester 1 and 2 also worked ..but have mostly stuck to 3

well u have to be sure of this or u will be missing channels if its wrong, u got ur kv handy?

well Manchester 3 was the recommended and in the past thats been working fine with all channels present, the KV is close by yes

well go to menu installation password factory default and hit ok for now then comeback
