next screen, network search with drop down menu ..four options set to NTL by default ..at the bottom another drop down ..set to network by default

btw usually select Ex - C&W option ..I get nothing from others

u defo NTL? u press what provider u are, if u don't have subbed box ur feed is defo live? if so press green button on remote what now?

this is were u prob lies u have to know what provider u are u can try them all but u will have to go through the routine all the time until ur correct have u no one close by u can get it off?

yes I have tried all the options ..but no frequencies show up, and it scans and no channels appear
the coax is defo plugged in both ends

well when u get correct provider press green on remote go to correct area netid hit ok and it scans when complete exit and view

u sure ur cable feed is live if ur not paying they may have cut u off?

I'm 100% sure its Ex - C&W ..the network id list says finishing scanning but no frequencies or Netid list appear for me to select ..so the box scans nothing for about 30 seconds back at square one ..is the box bust then ?

mmm never taken up a subscription as the line was always live..i guess they turned it off !

again do u pay subs? have u been cut of? have u tried ntl then press green button?

no mate don't pay subs ..never had it installed ..line has always been there

.yes tried ntl .. frequencies list comes back with :

1 ...already exists ..
2 ..already exists .
3 .. already exists ..
etc
till about 9 or 10 ..ten it attempts to scan for channels finds none then goes back to the start screen
