network id problem

Hi everyone

im in the process of setting up my a780, the box has been flashed with the latest s/w

whilst trying to scan for network id all i get is about 8 lines of "already exist" and then it goes straight to attempting to scan for channels, without giving me any option to select an id.

im in the oxford ares, any help would be massively appreciated

yeah ive tried that, also tried using all the selected providers with no luck. signal strength is at about 70 but signal quality is 0

Are you sure cable is in the top connection on back and lan cable in

[cactikid]

as you have not stated the date in box,is it 11112012? for the 780,and is your provider different in what you scanned?
