    Scrambled channels

I'm watching SS1 and I can't go a minute without it scrambling. I try other channels....same problem. I've done a factory reset - no joy. My I connector has 4 lights and Internet is fine. I'm in the Birmingham area. Any advice gratefully received

    Cheers

have you not checked the vm site for area issues? all kv channels reported working 5 mins ago elsewhere.

forgot to add try rebooting box and modem

Thank you for your response mate. Just checked the VM site and there aren't any area issues. I have just re booted my router and I connector, leaving 30 secs after switching them off and then leaving a few mins between rebooting each part. Still no joy. I have 4 lights and I can get the channels but they only stay on for a minute or 2 before scrambling

I have an Ethernet cable from the I connector to the router. I constantly have 3 or 4 lights on on the I connector

I have a TV package and XL broadband.
When I factory reset and rescanned i used the same net ID that's served me well in the past.
I used Network and Telewest and used Birmingham 750 as my ID
                            It found all the channels
Maybe it's just one of those days.

                            Thanks for all your help
