channels gone ? or just me

kids were watching toons earlier, nothings been touched but (for my first time) all channels except 1 to 5 have disappeared ? the signal strength is good up to 86 on some they just aren't there scrambled or no signal

its fully updated (i check) ...
checked everything n re-checked cant be me...

anyone else ?

iv had it time a780 i know its niggles but this is new to me or id not post
i have not re-scanned it yet, and theres no updates .
and i know theres nowt anyone can tell me i have not tried except rescan
just wondering if its me ? or all
