Lost Channels 1-5

Since a rescan I have lost channels 1-5. Anyone else had or having this issue?

first thing to do is check the vm website for area faults,factory reset 0000 to delete then power off at rear for 15 seconds then on,connect box to main coaxial feed no splitters,has your provider and net id changed??,never assume it is as things have been changing lately.if you forgot what to do here is a video.
