750 problem pls help

hi everyone until last week I was enjoyiing my kryptview 750 box without any problems but it started last week when most of channels has picture distortion and are not clear anymore(just like scratched cd video). Please let me know if I need to do something in order to clear the channels as I have only 1 line splitted into 2 from telewest one for the box and one for the speedtouch broadband.

welcome to dk aahha, in other settings make sure power scan is on and that you put it in standby when not in use this will pick up any channels that change frequecy, the fact that it all yoiur channels i doubt it is that. also in other settings there is a signal deviation you could try to move that up 1 or down 1 at a time and see if any difference. I would first make sure your scart is fully in on tv and box and is in the correct tv scart socket on box and not the vcr scart socket and or change/try a different scart lead
