hello i bought my a780 box last week and it was working fine until 2 days ago ,now its scrambled ,ive done a s/w update as people have suggested but it freezers at 100 % i have a nine pin cable but i dont no what to do with it or if i need it im new as you may be able to guess but i would be grateful if any one can help me out ?? please ,,thank you ??? i dont no what else to do ??any suggestions ?? thanks again
