780 is the same, u connect cables have kv turned of switch at box, u open up loader load in new bin file hit open when it starts flick switch on at back of box and if ur configured properly it will load simples.

hello i had same problem but thanks to this page i was told to make sure the box is switched of at the back and then as you press the install switch on the box ??it worked perfect for me its just your timing good luck

hello m8 i had same problem and alls it was ,was make sure its switched of at the back of your 780 then press the open /run and then switch on your 780 and it should then work ?? it did for me good luck
