Kryptview a780

Hi guys, just joined the world of kryptview, got an a780, problem with quitw a few channels, even bbc1 and 2, picture is breaking up getting signal strength of 77-88 but signal quality on the channels that break up is between 35 and 45, quality on the others that dont break up is between 75 and 79, would a konig booster solve my problems or am i better giving up . I am currently subscribed to basic tv and 100 meg broadband, using preston 1 40967 id, no splitter between kryptview and wall socket inside, 2 wires from main box outside 1 going for broadband upstairs, 1 to tv downstairs.

how old is your coaxial cable,recently providers and net ids are changing ,also new firmware out in downloads may 2013 for both boxes.

Thanks for the reply the coaxial cable from the outside box is quite old, I have updated box to the latest firmware.

i would suggest an upgrade of old cabling to start with.
