      Thank you Cactikid,

Yes; I will drop into the Forum; just to keep in touch with all you Forum Members who really helped; despite my lack of knowledge when it comes to Computers & Cable Boxes.

Thank you; you know who you are, always willing to help. I haven't forgotten!

Also a big shout out for Hadron & DW190

hello there, i have recently come back to try and update my 750 firmware, thats all good and it worked, but the iconn box only has 2 lights on. so i tried to flash it. i connected with the software and the only way it seems to update the iconn is if i click start on the software and then quickly plug the power cable into it and it updateds and eventaually say complete. however the 750 reads on the display "F.AIL Conn" and i can not get past this, it could be that i am not following the process correctly but i have no instructions so do not know what i should be doing but i did what i do with the 750 box to update.

please help if you know the answer.

          update***************
all working and channels back incl sky sports.
          what did i do...

downloaded the iconn software and .bin file. unplug all cables from iconn apart from the serial convertor. then when i ran the iconn software i quickly plug the power cable into it and it updated. I then turned off the a750 plug everything back into both the iconn and 750 then turned both back on and the 750 did some update thing showing "d-1" all the way to 100 and then the channels came back on.

          sweet for now
