no shouting on the forum, did you factory reset/rescan from main feed choosing correct provider and net id ? 100% sure, does your box modem and router need a reboot?

hello thanks for the reply sorry for sounding like a div but im in liverpool and it seems i can only use one provider [not sure if i can name it on here ?] and i dont no what net id to use ??? as the liverpool one only gives me a few channels so ive been using knowsley 1 and knowsley 2 as they seem to give me all the channels ?? but get the dreaded scrambled message every few miutes, so i may be using the incorrect net id as you have now thankfully made me aware of , so if any one out there can tell me the correct net id that i should be using i would be grateful ?

            on providers box.
Using your subbed box... Not the KV box.

Press the home button on your VM remote control.
            Go to settings.
            Then technical stuff.
Your net id is the first item on the list.

i would assume if you scan the correct provider that network id 40965 should be listed.think it might be knowsley 1 also, factory reset/rescan from main feed,i would also ask what setup you are using with the internet.

pressing the thanks button under a persons name bottom on far left will leave a thank you.

super hub is kak you need a wifi router router added and superhub put into modem mode if you are having problems

kv then needs a lan connection to wifi router and from router to superhub, there should be plenty of posts with info somewhere.
