    Kryptview A780 since may update

Hi a have been using these cable boxes for a few years so have a little understanding. However since I updated the a780 from within the box I have not been able to run a scan. The update went smooth no problems.
Now once I have selected the cable provider I only get already exists . In the past I just run a factory reset, turn off for over a minute then all good. However this time can't get past it.
Tried turning off, factory reset, LAN in, LAN out, delete all channels.... Any ideas?

Running the update as per ur reference. I have a paid min package and all ok with that. Not sure what your asking with ID as all I get is network- select V. Then green button search then already exists x 7.

Setting up the Kryptview KV780 Cable Receiver - YouTube
without an id you wont get channels.

did you check your new date is correct, did you factory reset 0000 to delete.
provider may have changed if no net ids come up.

hi try manual scan then auto scan might help, if correct id is selected your town/city should show up in the window

manual scan is for 1 tp,he would be at it all night.
                      change provider and scan again.

It shows ON because you havent scanned for channels. If you have updated to the latest f/w select menu/installation/0000/factory reset/ok.Now when box reboots turn summer time to on then select automatic search next page search by network press green button a new box appears select your city press ok and let it search for channels.

0 on front could be an internal issue like the sv1 of many years ago like a cap failure.
