Kryptview A780 since may update

hi any help with my kryptview A780 please. In the installation menu bar there are 4 option (Automatic search, Manual search, data download, and factory default setting) but in my old box it also has S/W UPDATE but the new one does not have. Now cant get any channels other then the freeview ones. Any help on how to sort this out or is this box faulty

Hi had same problem scanned on network scan brought up my town select it and it found 59 tps all channels running fine now

if it has no s/w in menu as said box needs flashing to proceed further.box must be new and sold as fta only.
