Normally once i i do the new s/w update ,thats it.

but now when i try and update it keeps letting me instead of it saying already updated

does anyone understand why??

ok if on 26052013 you are on latest so stop trying and factory reset rescan again

box can only try an update if you tell it to,unsure why not already updated does not come up like it should,if its stuck on an updating loop then you may have had a faulty download,therefore a manual reflash would be needed.

its been glitching a lot today, so i just thought i would try update again and it keeps letting me update even though im on the new update.

there are a lot of outside issues even tivo problems so do a fault check first.

Mine does same thing keeps updating but normally when I do it it says all ready up dated dont know y tho

its a fault at there end it should stop on letting you update when you try they forgot to lock the door ,thats why i said to check first and post what date.

Glitch in the latest software doesn't show the "Already Updated". Just reflashes the same software again.

Once you have managed to update online you have the latest.

I should have another look what yours is as it should be 25052013 and its ok. Forget the fact that its not saying "Already Updated" its a glitch that the programmers have made (an error) which will not have any effect on the performance.
