HELP!!!!!!

Hello everyone, i have had a Arnet A700c for 6 weeks now with no problems. i lost a few channels today and because i couldnt get them back with a re-scan i stupidley did a factory reset. Now when i am scaning for channels on telewest, the bar starts at 1/11 rather than 1/71 TP or somthing and its finding verry few channels. Can anyone help me please???

Do u have a splitter attached to your cable if so take it out and rescan straight from the wall in2 the box

Thanks lads ive just worked out how to manualy add TP frequencys to the TW, does anyone know where i could get a list off them all? by the way sorry if im talking a load of rubbish i dont realy know what im talking about.

The best way to get all the correct frequencies is to find someone who has a box working that has all the channels. (K/views usually find them all) but any will do.

Depending on what type of box it is you then have to go into the instalation menu and find the list.

If you have a 700 and have scanned the correct service providor you only need to leave the box in standby for an hour and all the channels will be picked up a long as autoscan in standby is switched on.
