not seen any hd posts stating problems,are you on latest firmware and did you factory reset/rescan from main feed.

Did factory reset and some came in but sshd 1 and box nation not working there may be more but not checked really

sounds like ur set up is wrong netid or something else, no other reports of many missing.

Cr1 - Ive lost SS1hd and quite a few other channels over the last few days (Sky 1HD all Film 4 SD and HD) and my HD channels have been a bit jumpy. box nation has been off for quite a while tho.

Correct net ID. No local issue reported on the website but of course that doesn't mean there aren't any. Seems too much of a coincidence that there were updates for both boxes recently.

BTW i believe net ID has no influence on the channels once the initial scan has been done.

I can confirm both SS1 HD and Boxnation were on and off last nigh (for me anyway). Back on at the minute but still missing quite a few others. Hopefully they are on the case.

how many people using this phoenix box with an attenuator are actually disconnecting the attenuator when doing a new scan and reconnecting after the scan is complete because if your not you are scanning using an attenuated signal so it could be cutting a lot of channels off.
easy mistake to make and easy to see why it would effect things..
and anyone who owns the 850 really needs to get the hardware mod done as after its been done you no longer need to use an attenuator or booster etc..
the main issues in our area from day 1 with this box was ssp3 and 4 had major patterning on the bottom half of the screen and after doing this mod over 10 times it cures the patterning effect and theres no longer a use for the attenuator or booster etc..
so this mod together with the latest june s/w has made a massive difference with this box
