my channels wont stay on they go scrambled then i half to turn my box off and my modem to get them to come back on any ideas

can you give somemore info.
ie..what box you have what channels go off fta etc are you using just a modem or a router and a modem or are you using a hub.
what s/w is currently on your box etc -
its a kv-a780 and its hooked to a router the fta ones stay on and the rest go scrambled software pv4.1.09 h/w v3.0.0Comment

sounds like the 780 and on the latest update 11/06/2013 pv4.1.09 v3.0.0,question did you factory reset/rescan from main feed no splitters or extensions used,are you scanning on correct provider and netid is 100% correct or guessing?
if your box is still scrambling i would be checking lan cable and maybe rebooting network as in off for 30 secs then on and retry it again.Comment
