do i need to download a program?

hi all writing from manchester.i am little bit confused.i am not very good at computer and read the forum and tried to find a solution for my problem.i couldnt understand much.can anyone help please.my kryptview a780 is connected to internet and having most of the channels but cant have the sports 1 and sports 3.do i need to download a program or computer does the updates itself.i did the factory settings still cant pick them.i have no idea what to do.please can you help.thank you very much.

hi dj first of all we need to know what firmware is on the kv 780,to check on the remote press menu-system info and it should show a date so let us know first.

hi mate,date on the box 17/06/2013.box is connected to modem.i tried different servers but still cant get sport 1 or 3.i think most people are struggling with same problem.

in not all sports are good

im sure them 2 are on the same transponer why dont you scan your box in a friend or familly members house to eliminate weather you have an issue with your signal or not.
or try scanning using a direct feed
