new update

done new update on my kv a780, all im getting is scrammblled a lot then the picture, it was ok before. done factory reset and scanned ut no different. any body any suggestion will help.thanx.

what date is on box now?you factory reset and scanned from direct feed but did you find channels and net id,rebooted as in powered off box modem and router for 30 secs then on,always get to know the basics of how your box works then you can fix it yourself.

thanx for yor reply m8.date on the box 17/06/2013.did find channel and net n . l id ,but iv got super hub and feed comes direct from there. although i have powered off the box and rebooted the hub.

there have been numerous posts of vm issues and kv with missing channels and glitching,you may have to wait a little longer for improvements sorry to say it might not be your problem alone.

i get kids channels,movies,i just cant get the sports 1 and 3.similiar problem i think mate

are ss1 and 3 listed on your box but not clearing or are they not even listed

yes lagerland you live in a good signal area and possibly pay a tv package,other areas may have a lower signal,things differ slightly.
