Please help kv stuck on zero

think iflashed box with wrong firmware now just displays 0 and wont respond to remote to do factory reset , please Help !!!

Have you tried reflashing it with the right f/w seen on ere b4 i do believe its hardware problem when displaying 0.Im sure someone will put you right if the info is incorrect.....................

Think you are on easy install menu.
if so just press Menu button on remote

that could be a hardware problem especially if the box is over 2 years old does it show anything on the tv screen

hi mate after reading my 6am ish post i realise ive given the wrong info regarding kv fault the display panel shows ON permanently not zero as i stated .it wont respond to remote at all remote has new batteries ,box is brand new sorry for giving wrong info but it was early please help thanx to all who replied

hi m8 if you have the 780 use the one in downloads.

make sure when you flash the box that the firmware is loaded and installed as box reboots when done.
