problem with kryptview box

scanning the freqs last nite my box just turned the screen green and displayed a 0 on the readout, now usually i just turn it off and turn it on again but not this time.

it just displays the . then ON then what looks like a letter n ..

any ideas anyone?

you'll need first off a 9 pin female to female null modem cable, if using laptop to update you'll also need a usb to 9pin male serial cable along with the loader and the firmware from download section
