screen size problems help

hi ive recently moved into my girlfriends house and i have brought my box with me now before i moved the screed size was perfect on my tv at home sky sports news all fitted in now when i have moved to my girlfriends it dosent all fit in i have tried messing about with the diffect size 4:3 and 16:9 but its just not changing at all can any one help me with this please ??? iv tried alll sorts but the picture will just not fit on the screen no more

try adjusting the tvs aspect ratio to auto

Yer there a way around it I try it on my TV an I let u know when I get home

not got a phoenix doesnt one of the colour buttons do it maybe the blue button

not all pictures fit the screen so check other channels also,you are using a hdmi cable and the settings have been checked

What do you mean by "doesn't all fit in"?

Is it too wide, or too high, or both?

Do you know the make & model of your girlfriend's TV?

I have had the same problem since I have had my Kryptview. Noticable mostly on Sky Sports News as they have leagues/results etc etc on the right hand side of the screen and they tend to be cut off...... We have got a Samsung tv

kv go to menu > system settings > av output settings > tv signal RGB > tv aspect > 16.9 tv display > full

its an lg before i moved in i was using a new samsung smart tv it all fitted fine on there like sky sports wasnt cut off or anything i tried using the blue button nothing happens at all help please ?

its deffos too wide not too sure about height that seems to be okay but deffos too big wide
