Lost SS4

Initially it was saying no or bad signal on the the screen; all other channels seemed to work fine. I did a sw update - no luck. I then did a factory re set and re scan and it has totally disappeared?

Further I don't seem to have any radio channels?

SS4 & radio channels working OK in East London.

Perhaps it's a local issue.

What's your location? Perhaps someone else in that area could check.

there was a problem earlier with vm,not mentioned earlier on site.

I've done a rescan and radio channels have come back but still no SS4?

Scanned with a new splitter and the box has now picked up the channel; but I keep getting "no or bad signal"?

how many times are people toldnot to scan with splitterslan cable in and working,reboot network and box?

I think I have a weak signal. At the mains I've got a splitter as the engineer turned off one of my connections. I've now taken that splitter out and SS4 seems to be working better apart from glitching.

It's worked fine for the last few months, I don't know why it's started playing up now? and why it's only effecting SS4?

weak signals,bad cabling,splitters bring grief to many and if you are only paying for bb maybe they cut your signal down.

No I have BB and TV but that one channel has randomly started giving me problems.

hard to know if its an area issue,not seen loads of posts with that channel problem yet.

usually ssps 2 is affected with low signal

brings me back to cabling in your house how old is it?

Likely your a TP down not just SS4, this will be the case if these channels are also missing,
